Description:
The former “Watch-Tower” buildings are being transformed into class “A” commercial office spaces as part of an overall redevelopment of the Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo neighborhoods. This unique collection of spaces connected by sky-bridges maintain key architectural features while adapting to the modern workplace. This unique project involved the commissioning of two retrofitted interconnected chiller plants, along with retro-commissioning and feasibility analysis of existing AHUs and other MEP infrastructure.
